Senior Product Designer - Healthline

Healthline Product Design is a team of passionate product UX and visual designers. We believe that we can transform healthcare by creating customer experiences that empower individuals to take ownership and actions toward a stronger healthier life. We consider each touchpoint with our customer – whether it’s an article, an app, or a newsletter – to be part of the same journey. Partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering, our design team owns that complete customer experience.

What You'll Do: 

  • Craft and deliver design mockups, specs, and production assets
  • Turn wireframes into high fidelity design concepts
  • Prototype designs and interactions to clearly articulate your design intentions
  • Design sophisticated UI visuals from concept to execution
  • Conduct research through competitive analysis to gain design insights
  • Produce marketing assets for social media consisent with our brand guidelines
  • Design promotional emais, campaigns, and assets
  • Contribute to Healthline's design systems, help refine, and grow them
  • Collaborate with illustrators and photo editors
  • Collaborate with teams to test your designs, then iterate and innovate based on data
  • Work with User Insights and Analytics teams to determine what data will be important to each project, collaborate to integrate analysis and recommendations from the data into end products

What We're Looking For: 

  • 5+ years of product UX/UI design experience
  • Proficiency in Sketch, InVision, Zeplin, and Principle
  • An Outstanding portfolio showcasing a foundation in UI visuals, product design, brand, marketing, including video, animaion, photography, illustration, typography, and color theory
  • Experience designing iOS/Android mobile applications and bonus points for designing seamless omni-channel experiences
  • Familiarity with agile development and an ability to embrace an iterative design process and you are receptive to feedback
  • Experience in creating high fidelity prototypes, mockups, and UI screens
  • Experience in user testing and UX research using common platforms such as usertesting.com
  • Understanding of responsive design, common patters, user behavior, and principles of user-centered design
  • Ability to clearly articulate design decisions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, drive multiple projects and once, and shift gears from creative development to production
  • Experience in redlining spcs to handoff to engineers for VQA
