Licensed Medicare Sales Agent

FindMedicare is looking for qualified sales agents to consult with our customers to gain insights into their questions, concerns, and buying behaviors while achieving monthly sales goals. Agents will have a direct impact in helping us evolve and drive our digital strategy and sales processes moving forward.

What You’ll Do:

    • Field inbound sales calls driven from our proprietary channels to help customers find the Medicare plans that fit their needs (no cold calling)
    • Work with product offerings from multiple carriers, including Medicare Advantage and prescription drug plans.
    • Provide an excellent customer experience for all consumers and demonstrate passion for for the senior community through health insurance enrollments
    • Follow all federal/state regulatory and HIPAA compliance guidelines and deliver a positive experience to every customer
    • Provide important insight and feedback around how we can optimize the sales experience based on our customer interactions
    • Earn a competitive hourly base with additional monthly bonus potential

 What We’re Looking For:

    • Must have an active Health insurance license (NC residents must also have the “Med Supp/Long Term Care” LOA) to qualify
    • Must have an AHIP certification for 2020 Medicare plans to qualify
    • Must exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong bias to action and compliance, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Must be a highly-motivated, adaptable individual ready to make an impact on our growing team
    • Must demonstrate outstanding customer service while achieving monthly sales goals

Even Better:

    • Additional non-resident state licenses with an active Health LOA are a plus
